We are sorry but we do not accept COD orders or checks.

Shipping Information:

We fill the order within 24-48 business hours of the received in house order date located on your receipt. We ship via Federal Express for a flat fee of $10.00 and guarantee it arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days of the order date. Personalized items are non-returnable, unless it was an error on the part of the shop or the product is defective. Southern Monogram is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and upon receipt of your goods.

Please carefully review the initials you have entered and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Each page lists the order in which initials should be entered. Please follow these carefully.

Order Cancellation and Changes

To cancel or change an order, call (706) 923-5110, M-F 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST, Sat. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., EST. We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production.

Outside the USA

There will be an additional charge for all packages shipped outside the United States.

Out of Stock Items

If any of the items are not in stock, we will contact you. You may choose to wait for the out of stock items (if available), substitute another product, or cancel your order. Your credit card will be charged only for the items that have been shipped

We use Federal Express as our exclusive package/parcel delivery service. Please contact us and we can give you the information needed to track your order or will be glad to assist you in the tracking process.
